Camp Fees:

Girl Camper: $330
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

Remaining balance is due by April 21, 2026.

Adult/YAM Camper: $230
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

Remaining balance is due by April 21, 2026.

Registration Requirements:

  • Camp is open to girls who will be Explorers, Pioneers, Patriots, or Young Adult Members for the 2025-2026 program year.
  • Girls who just leveled from Tenderheart to Explorer prior to camp may only attend camp IF they have a registered parent attend.
  • Girls who are attending Camp Deep Waters for the first time must have an adult from their troop attend. 
  • Troops with 3 or more girl campers must also have at least one registered adult attend.
  • All camp attendees must be registered with American Heritage Girls, Inc. at the time of Camp registration.

How to Register:

Registration closed on March 28, 2026

  1. Complete the appropriate Registration Form, 1 per camper.
  2. Submit a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration, 1 deposit per camper. 
    Payment Instructions are located on the finance page.
    Both steps must be completed in order to be considered registered for camp.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Registration closes March 28, or sooner if camp reaches capacity.
